Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3-7 business days.  You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Free tracked shipping on orders over $150 CAD.  Free untracked shipping on orders under $150 CAD.

*Untracked shipping does not include tracking nor insurance.  While most untracked shipments arrive safely, I am unable to guarantee delivery.  

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes.  These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.  

Packaging

All artwork is packaged with care using protective materials to prevent damage during transit.

Returns

All sales are final.  If your artwork arrives damaged or is lost in the mail (for untracked orders), please contact me to discuss options.
