A little row of tiny houses, cut from pieces of an original abstract painting.
Each house in this one-of-a-kind collage is cut from the same original painting, preserving the colours, movement and marks of that particular artwork. The houses are then arranged into a simple, playful neighborhood and mounted onto a wood cradleboard.
This artwork is part of an ongoing series exploring home, belonging, imagination and whimsy. Each piece is an original artwork with its own unique combination of color and painted texture.
No two pieces in this series are alike.
